Karthik is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, as well as providing key insight into the company’s creative and marketing work for its clients. With an experience of 10+ years in handling Creative and Technology projects as production head she has successful delivered some of the most challenging projects in tight time capsules for Aditya Birla, Wipro, TATA, Adayana to name a few. A Graduate in Computers, a Certified Entrepreneur from Indian School of Business(ISB), and an award winner for ‘Best Women Entrepreneur’ by Goldman Sachs. Lalitha also holds a Diploma Certificate in 'Cyber Law'.

He has experience in delivering interventions for organizations like Microsoft, Bank of America Continuum Solutions, Pearson India, Yash Technologies, Capita India, Central Bank of India etc
Pankaj holds an MBA in Human Resource Management & Marketing and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Learning & development Manager (CDLM) along with certifications in tools like DISC, SOSIE and Golden Personality Profiler.
